While Jennifer grew up knowing about God, she truly began to serve the Lord in her first year of college. During that time, her love of music blossomed, and she gained experience as a soloist with the UWM Gospel Choir, and as a backing vocalist for artist Kenneth Daniel. Jennifer is trained and certified in Early Childhood Education and has years of experience serving in school settings and in the Education Department of the Milwaukee Art Museum. Her marketing skills are utilized at EMF as a member of the Communications Team.

Rev. Torres was saved from a mind full of violent, lustful and suicidal thoughts. An ex-gang member, he was determined to use the boldness and courage he once used to hurt others in a positive way. Rev. Torres started his ministry path as an AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) certified counselor for a drug rehabilitation program. His concurrent years of HR and Social Work experience help him understand and support those in need. Roberto previously served as Youth Pastor and later as Lay Leader at Southside Hispanic Ministry in Milwaukee. This background has provided invaluable experiences in urban ministry. Intensive church planter training through SBC has further prepared him to carry out his calling. With this new life, Roberto has succeeded as a teacher of the Gospel, a preacher and spiritual counselor, as well as a producer/composer.Read Pastor Rob's Notes...

“I was raised in a Christian home but I did not have a true relationship with God. After years of alcohol abuse and sexual immorality, God performed a miracle in my life. I repented of my sins and God became my Lord and Savior. Because of His mercy I now serve as a Pastor at EMF using my gifts of teaching, preaching and evangelism to spread the Good News.” In 2009, Leandro obtained a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Religion: Biblical Studies at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary & Graduate School. Areas of study include Fundamentals of the Bible, Christianity, Christian theology, systematic theology, and the Church. Always ready to give an answer for the hope that is in me. 1 Peter 3:15
